Welcome Neighbor to Fort West!

We are pleased that you have selected our WONDERFUL community as your place of residence. You will find that the Fort West subdivision offers a great sense of community and the FWOA Board works hard in keeping Fort West a beautiful place to live. If you have not yet had a knock on your door to provide you with our FWOA Welcome packet, please contact one of our Board Members listed on the Board and Committee Chairs tab on our website. It has a lot of great information to offer about Fort West and the community.

The Fort West website is the Fort West Owners’ Association primary means of communicating to Fort West residents. You will find several tabs with information within the website regarding membership, the Fort West Owners’ Association (“FWOA”), annual members, Board Members and meeting updates, Treasurer’s Report as well as the Fort West “The Scout”  bi-monthly newsletter.

If you wish to offer information for The Scout newsletter, we asked that everything be submitted to the Newsletter coordinator by the 25th of each month for publication by the 1st of the month. Please take a few minutes to review “Newsletter” tab found on this website. You will find on the website announcement of our annual events such as FWOA Annual Board Meeting and Annual Pool Meeting;  Kick-off Summer at FWOA Pool Party; Summer’s End Pool Party; and Annual Directory.

Last but not least, we ask that you join the Fort West Owners’ Association. By becoming a member of the Fort West Owners’ Association, you will be helping the Fort West community with paying the property taxes for the common areas owned by Fort West, costs to maintain the front entrances, common areas and playground, and electronic communication of Fort West activities on Facebook and Nextdoor for immediate communications within Fort West and surrounding subdivisions. The annual membership fee is a nominal fee of $100.
